Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

At our discretion, we may provide a prepaid return label in some circumstances. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Returns may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies. We are not responsible for, and cannot assist with, delays caused by slow processing or your financial institution's practices. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
