Shipping policy

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days unless noted. Expedited shipment time frames start from the point the order is shipped, rather than the point it is received. Most items will be shipped from our Atlanta warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM EST). Orders received after 2:00PM, EST or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via a variety of carriers and properly insured at no additional cost to you. Ordered items that can be shipped regionally to expedite their arrival are also properly insured.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will usually arrive within 3-5 business days using USPS or UPS. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will normally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the shipping option that was selected during checkout.

How do I track my order?
Orders shipped via a carrier that offers tracking are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the UPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well. Orders shipped by some carriers may not be trackable.

We offer international shipping, typically through DHL or the USPS. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Shipments typically take between 2-6 weeks to arrive, though they may sometimes take longer.

Due to the uncertain nature of international shipping and customs delays, we cannot offer a more accurate delivery estimate, and cannot offer a refund or cancellation until an order is ten days over the carrier's promised delivery date. The promised delivery date is typically several days after the expected delivery date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

 

• Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy
• Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc
• Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
• Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.
• Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields
