Can you ship to an address outside of the United States?

Yes, we now ship internationally. International shipping rates are a flat rate of $15.00 with a limit of 10 units max. per order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship the same day and standard shipping arrives within 5 to 7 days. We now offer 3 Day Expedited Shipping

  • Standard shipping will be free for orders up to 10 units. Standard shipping rates apply for orders over 10 units.

How are your products cheaper than your competitors? Are they still effective?

Many of our competitors overprice their products to boost their perceived value. But we believe that everyone should have beautiful skin, even if you aren’t walking the red carpet and can’t drop hundreds of dollars on a single product, so we have cut our costs, reduced our waste and focused on developing just a few products at a time so we can ensure that they are all reliably sourced and effective without costing an arm and a leg.

Where are your products made? Are they FDA compliant?

All of our products are proudly made in the U.S., under all applicable FDA guidelines, and have been thoroughly tested to meet all industry standards, including Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing, to ensure that all of our customers will have the best possible experience with our products.

Do you offer refunds on products?

Are your products tested on animals?

No, never! We are a cruelty-free company, and we love animals. We do not test any of our products on animals, and would never even consider it.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Yes, all of our products are vegan!

Are vegan products as effective as other products?

We have yet to find an active ingredient that cannot be sourced through a vegan method or careful lab work, so yes, we definitely believe they are! Our commitment may lower our profits a bit, but we think that’s a great tradeoff for living our values!

How long will it take to see results with your products?

Our products are designed to help you get healthier skin that provides long-lasting, sustainable results, rather than cover-up treatments that help mask any imperfections. Because of this, you should expect to see results within 4-6 weeks of regular use.

The best way to track results is to take a before photo, and revisit a few weeks after using the product to take an after photo. If you do this, please send it to us, we love to see our customer’s success stories!

Why did you stop selling on Amazon?

We recently switched to selling directly to our customers due to several issues over the years with Amazon. What products are best for my skin?

The best products for your skin will be the ones that address your primary skincare concerns. We sell several regimens designed for common skin concerns, like dull skin, dry skin or acne prone skin, and these are a great place to get started if you aren’t sure.

I want to erase dark spots, which products are best for that?

If you suffer from hyperpigmentation or melasma, we highly recommend our Ultra Potent Brightening Serum and Clinically Effective Retinoid Cream. This is a one-two combo that works directly on brightening the skin and evening your skin tone to help you overcome dark spots and discoloration.

This can also be combined with our Citrus Glow Drops, which help even skin tone and promote overall healthy skin. If you see dryness when using the Ultra Potent Brightening Serum, we recommend adding our Intense Hydration Collagen Cream to help boost your skin’s moisturization while using the Ultra Potent Brightening Serum.

What is the best product if I want to use just one?

That’s a tough one, because it really depends on your skin type and what skincare concerns you need to address. If we had to pick just one, it would be the Clinically Effective Retinoid Cream, as retinoids address such a wide range of skincare concerns and are so well proven over the years.

But it may not be the best one for your specific concerns, so please reach out to our experts and they’ll be happy to guide you!

Brightening Serum

I have been using the Ultra Potent Brightening Serum, and have seen irritation, new darkening or redness. Is this normal?

Yes! The Ultra Potent Brightening Serum is designed to be effective, rather than gentle, and dark spots are some of the hardest skin care concerns to address. Because of the potent ingredients we use, you can expect to see some level of redness, dryness and potentially even new darkening before you see results.

To help combat these, we recommend spot testing the Brightening Serum before regular use to find out how often your skin can handle the serum. If you do not see irritation, the serum can be applied up to twice a day, or as infrequently as every other day while still being effective. Please be aware that using the serum less frequently will increase the time needed to see results.

Applying the Brightening Serum with a moisturizer and aloe vera will also help combat irritation, and we recommend these even if you aren’t seeing visible irritation.

If redness or irritation persists or becomes severe, discontinue use.

I am not seeing any peeling, redness or irritation. Will the serum still work properly?

Don’t worry, not everyone will see these concerns when using the serum. These are typically due to the skin drying out, so it may be that you have skin that is less dry or is more resilient to dryness. If you do not experience these things, you should still see excellent results within 4-6 weeks of regular use, just expect the skin to gradually brighten rather than to show a dramatic change after peeling.

What color should the Ultra Potent Brightening Serum be?

The color of our old formula was dark amber / brownish color. However, the serum color of our updated formula is clear. The new formula contains Synovea which is clinically tested to be 4X more effective than Hydroquinone, and gentler on your skin compared to Hydroquinone.

Why do you no longer use hydroquinone in the Ultra Potent Brightening Serum?

Hydroquinone is now available by prescription only, so we recently reformulated the serum to use Synovea, which has several benefits.

For most people, Synovea is as effective as hydroquinone, and is up to four times as effective for some individuals. It also is gentler on the skin than hydroquinone, and can be used continuously without taking a break like our old formula.

While we loved our old serum, and know it made a huge difference to thousands of our customers, we are proud to offer an excellent product that still meets our customer’s needs, while making sure that we also meet all the new regulations surrounding hydroquinone.

The Ultra Potent Brightening Serum is sticky or has a strange smell. Is this normal?

Yes! The ingredients in the Brightening Serum are designed to treat one of the toughest common skincare concerns, so it may be a little unusual compared to what you’ve experienced with your regular skin care products. To help minimize any stickiness, we recommend applying a thin layer using a cotton swab, which will allow the skin to fully absorb the serum more quickly.
